Point and click games used to be all the craze until around the 2010s. Now, they're usually relegated to mid size productions or simple indie titles. The genre also proved incredibly popular among flash game creators, due to the relatively simple planning and programming that goes into such a game. There are a ton of flash game creators that got into the craze, with Ena Game Studio being one of many. Let's look at one of their games, Brother's Treasure Recovery 1.

Ena Game Studio tends to completely cover their games in ads that lead to a website with a ton of dead links. It's not a great first impression. There is a persistent storyline throughout all these entries, but it's filled with grammatical errors and are also little more than background dressing for the puzzles.

The music and sound effects are strange. They feel incredibly generic and in fact, half of the sound effects sound stock. The music is fine, but once again generic and apparently designed to offend nobody. Nothing will really stick with you after you're done with this game in this department.

The puzzles themselves are fairly fun and well-designed, however. There's a consistent flow of logic and not a whole lot of pixel hunting, which is impressive. If that's not enough, your cursor will change shape over an interactable object as well.

All in all, if you're a fan of point and click games, then Brother's Treasure Recovery 1 is very worthy of your time. You won't regret your choice if you give this game a shot.
