Friday Night Funkin' was a smash hit when it came out over a year ago, and took the gaming scene by storm. It is insanely stylish while also hitting the nostalgia switch with its art style. Even now, its modding community is still going strong for a good reason. The incredible modability along with the relatively simple engine lends it incredibly well to modders. The community has created some amazing mods, but not all of them were created in a day. Some of them are simply demos of what's to come. One of them is Friday Night Incident Week 2 Demo.
To install Friday Night Incident Week 2 Demo, simply unzip the files in the archive into the folder that you've installed the mod and run FNI.exe.
This mod features a couple of new songs, but only one of them is actually the followup to the first week. It picks up right where that week left off, with Boyfriend and Girlfriend stuck in a mysterious alternate dimension as a mysterious figure stalks them. The cutscene this week has manages to balance humor and horror fantastically. The other songs are all in the freeplay and only seem to tangentially relate to the main story.
The actual song has some very incredible camera work and the simple act of changing Boyfriend's default stance really adds to the urgency of the situation.
If you're a fan of Friday Night Funkin' and want to experience one of the most promising demos that's been made, then you should definitely give Friday Night Incident Week 2 Demo a download.
