Idle games have become more and more popular ever since Cookie Clicker opened an unexpected floodgate a while ago. Since idle games are easy to create, there have been a ton of them flooding every gaming site. However, many of them are practically the same thing. The main gimmick of this particular idle game is how heavy on RPG elements it is. Unlike most clicker games where you're either an unseen overlord or control a party, you are a gladiator that's out for glory. Monsters are killed with the help of your auto attacks, your skills, or the clicks you perform, with left and right having two different effects. This rewards active play as well as idle play.
You have a variety of stats to improve as well. Every run, you'll go until you die, where you can then invest in various powerups so you can create a character that can survive further. There are various power ups, such as equipment, skill points, god given boosts, and more.
Unfortunately, there isn't any more depth past that - you're simply killing things for the sake of it. After a few hours, you'll find that you are out of things to do. Overall, if you have a few hours to spare, then God Awe-full Clicker is a fine choice.
