Point and click adventure games were incredibly popular in the 90s and early 2000s, but have fizzled out mostly as a genre save for a few like many of the Telltale games. However, the genre lasted far longer on the internet. One of the most well-known adventure game series is Reincarnation, a unique game about a demon trying to outplay god  in the reincarnation cycle by dragging people down to hell. Let's look at Reincarnation: In the Name of Evil.

This game's story introduces a unique take on reincarnation. Reincarnation in this series is a loophole that lets souls redeem themselves out of hell in a new life and it is your job as a demon to drag these souls back before they have a chance to save themselves.

In this entry, you've been tasked to track down an infamously evil soul named Raja, see what he's been up to, and drag him back to hell if necessary.

The quality of the voice acting is low, but the delivery and personality is incredibly high. It's a net positive effect.

The gameplay is fair and logic driven, but there are a few moments where you need to pixel hunt, which are the lowest of the low when it comes to point and click games no matter the context.

All in all, if you're a fan of point-and-click games, then Reincarnation: In the Name of Evil is very worthy of your time.
