Swooning Over Stans 1.0

Swooning Over Stans described by the developer as a “Grunkle” dating sim, and not knowing what “Grunkle” of course this piqued our curiosity, although if you are familiar with the Disney channel’s “Gravity Falls” then this is probably not a term that needs to be explained to you (it’s a shorter way of saying great uncle FYI).

Fans of the show will most likely get a great deal of enjoyment out of this interactive visual novel as it makes you feel a part of many story lines that from the (small amount of) research that we did that tie in very closely with the TV show itself and uses locations that are also featured prominently in the TV series.

The graphics look good and the story is well devised however the text starts to come in large long paragraphs which can become tedious to read and you will need a good attention span to be able to sit and read each of the many, many words that are put in front of you.

If you enjoy a story driven dating sim then you will certainly enjoy Swooning Over Stans and even more so if you are a fan of Gravity falls.
