Cheating in video games has been around for as long as the medium has been around. While it's truly unfortunate when it happens online, single player offline cheating lets the player explore the game in a ton of ways that playing normally wouldn't let you do. I certainly wouldn't know about the intricacies of some of the loading triggers in Halo if I didn't use the new flying skull that they added recently. But where can you find these cheats? CheatBook is the biggest cheat database in the world, and that's not all.
To install CheatBook, simply run the installer and you're good to go.
Booting it up, you'll find that it has a very outdated look. That's because it's been around for an incredibly long time, and there's been no need to update its look. There are 6 tabs under the toolbar - PC Cheats, PC Walkthrough, Console, Search Engine, Own Base, and Links.
PC Cheats will teach you the various built-in cheat codes that each supported game has, of which there are 13454 at the time of this writing. The PC Walkthrough tab features 2921 walkthroughs on a large variety of games taken from all over the internet. The Console tab will tell you various cheats on pretty much every single console in existence. Own base lets you build your own collection and Links just gives you useful links.
There is also a search bar to find games easily. If this sounds like something you need, then you should definitely give CheatBook a download.
