Friday Night Funkin' was a smash hit when it came out over a year ago, and took the gaming scene by storm. It is insanely stylish while also hitting the nostalgia switch with its art style. Even now, its modding community is still going strong for a good reason. The incredible modability along with the relatively simple engine lends it incredibly well to modders. The community has created some amazing mods, and one of the creepiest and best one out there is Doki Doki Takeover! - BAD ENDING.

To install Doki Doki Takeover! - BAD ENDING, simply drag and drop the files from the mod into the folder where you extracted the original game files.

This mod features only three songs, but the mod functions as a story focused mod that gives an alternate bad ending to the original mod where the main characters fail to escape. The cutscenes and voice acting are incredibly top notch, easily being some of the best in modding. These songs are also difficult, being that they're only available on hard mode and there are constant scenery changes and UI-targeted attacks to spice things up.

This mod also uses the Psych engine, meaning most of the hit registration issues that you'll find in the base unmodded vanilla game that are rampant are fixed. You won't find any random misses on notes you clearly hit and your stats will also be tracked live in the bottom.
