Friday Night Funkin' was a smash hit when it came out over a year ago, and took the gaming scene by storm. It is insanely stylish while also hitting the nostalgia switch with its art style. Even now, its modding community is still going strong for a good reason. The incredible modability along with the relatively simple engine lends it incredibly well to modders. The community has created some amazing mods, and one of the higher quality ones out there is Friday Night Funkin': Doki Doki Takeover!.

To install Friday Night Funkin': Doki Doki Takeover!, simply drag and drop the files from the mod into the folder where you extracted the original game files.

This mod features a bunch of bonus weeks, with one of them being the first Monika full week. It features three extra weeks on top of that featuring each of the girls from everybody's favorite literature club. Every song is mapped incredibly well, and the different art styles help give more personality to each of the girls.

This mod also uses the Kade Engine, meaning most of the hit registration issues that you'll find in the base unmodded vanilla game that are rampant are fixed. You won't find any random misses on notes you clearly hit and your stats will also be tracked live in the bottom.
