Monster Hunter Rise is the latest entry in the Monster Hunter series, and one of the most accessible to newcomers. It's new mechanics give it a giant safety net for newcomers while still challenging old timers towards the end game. Since the game is now one of two to come to the PC, the modding community has been working hard to improve the game. One of them is Drop Rates Enhanced - Unbalanced, which will increase the drop rate of items from monsters to speed the game up.
To install Drop Rates Enhanced - Unbalanced, simply extract the files into your Monster Hunter Rise game install folder where the exe file is. You can find it by going to your Steam library, right clicking on Monster Hunter Rise, and browse local files.
This mod will increase the number of items a monster will drop when you hunt it. If you don't know how the drop rate works, you are given a set number of rewards at the end of a hunt, and you'll get extra rewards based on if you've killed it or captured it and how many body parts you've broken. This mod will triple the number of set rewards you get after a hunt.
Be aware, though. Monster Hunter's progression is completely based on how many materials you get. If you get too many items, you may find that you're running out of things to aim for far before it's intended by the developer.
If you're aware that you may potentially be nerfing your own experience and just want to power trip, though, then here's the download for Drop Rates Enhanced - Unbalanced.
