Monster Hunter Rise is the latest entry in the Monster Hunter series, and one of the most accessible to newcomers. It's new mechanics give it a giant safety net for newcomers while still challenging old timers towards the end game. One of them is Monsters are people HUD, a mod shows you the health bar of the monster as well as various status bars, all without breaking your immersion by using the same art style.

To install Monsters are people HUD, you will need both REFramework and REFramework Direct2D installed. Then, simply extract the contents of this archive to the "reframework" directory.

This mod is quite useful for a number of reasons. It will tell you a ton of information about the monster that you normally would have to use context clues for. It will tell you the exact health the monster has, what size the monster is, how much health each of its body parts has as well as how close various status buildups are to triggering.

When you hold down the left trigger to access your inventory, that's also when the information will get a lot more detailed, giving you the exact number. And on top of all of this, it uses the same art style as the game's general UI, so your immersion won't be broken.
