Flame of Mirrors 1.0

Flame of Mirrors demo is a short but great looking demo for this upcoming horror game, you play as a fireman sent in to the aftermath of a fire in a kids fun center to determine the cause of the fire but something supernatural is going on.

The game looks absolutely wonderful a lot of care and detail has been put in to the graphics and it does look really good however I did find the amount of the game that is played in near enough total darkness quite frustrating as it’s hard to tell if you have found a new secret passage or if you are just walking around in circles however sometimes at the end of these jaunts in the darkness you will be greeted by a very scary surprise and going from darkness in to these scenes will get a jump scare out of even the most hardened gamers.

There is also a very unique mechanism in that you must remember to blink by left clicking, this will also help save you from the horrible things around.

After your first jump scare you return back to the kids play center and the whole place is now shrouded in darkness and takes on an even more eerie tone as you struggle through the darkness still trying to find the cause of the fire.

Flame of Mirrors demo looks great and that it will certainly shape in to a really scary game as it progresses in its development, you can download the demo here for free.
