Minecraft, by itself, is a fantastic game that has almost limitless possibilities. However, that doesn't mean that it has everything that players want from it. Sometimes, that's just simple quality of life improvements. For instance, your inventory can get incredibly cluttered, never mind chest management. Inventory Tweaks aims to fix that by helping you automatically sort your inventory.

To install Inventory Tweaks, you'll need to have Minecraft Forge and then run the installer, starting Minecraft with the Forge Profile. Then, place it in the mods folder.

This mod has a couple of features that will improve your gameplay immensely by saving you time.

• It automatically replaces your tools as they break, and item stacks once emptied
• It sorts your inventory and your chests in a single click/keystroke
• It provides lots of powerful shortcuts to move items around
• It allows you to customize entirely the way your inventory is sorted, thanks to clever configuration files

This mod has three sorting options by default. There is the default sort mode, vertical sort mode, and horizontal sort mode. To activate sorting, simply have your inventory open and press R. The inventory will then automatically sort itself based on your settings. For instance, it will sort all the crafting items together, all the weapons and armor together, and all the consumables together. This will work even with chests.

Overall, if you play Minecraft at all, you can't go wrong with Inventory Tweaks. It brings a ton of improvements that will help you play the game no matter what version you're on.
