If you share your computer with a ton of people that you don't intimately trust, you'll need something in the way of insurance that they aren't using your computer to do anything untoward. Keyloggers are some of the simplest ways of doing it, and Keyboard Tracer is one of many.

Stealth is a very large advantage when it comes to these kinds of programs. Should somebody notice that it's on, they would close it and it would defeat the purpose. Thankfully, this program uses so few resources that it's hard to notice. Add on the option to completely remove its icon from the system tray, and you'll have a program that can only be found through the task manager.

Accessing the settings lets you customize the program to your liking. You can modify where the log files are stored, what hotkey to hit to show/hide the logger, and many other things. More important, Keyboard Tracer also comes with an option to snap a screenshot of the program every couple of minutes and save it to the log folder. This lets you track down exactly what the most active times were.

The logs themselves are very easy to view, as they're sorted by various criteria. However, the way it's displayed leaves some to be desired. It's displayed and sorted by commands and typing, as well as which websites they were on. However, each window gets its own row, and if they alt-tab constantly you would simply create more and more rows until it gets difficult to find exactly what you're looking for.
