Laranjo 1.0

Laranjo is a fun horror game, which has an unusual introduction where you start off in a mansion full of strange creatures who seems distantly related to fruit (well mostly either oranges or limes) you can wander round the mansion and even speak to some of these creatures, but after a short time they will leave the house and then the power shuts off meaning you only have a candle to light your way and when the odd fruit monsters return to the house they will not be as friendly as your first meeting!

You have objectives such as collecting certain items around the house whilst trying to avoid being caught by these weird monsters, although the monsters are fun looking and brightly colored so there's nothing too scary here, however when one of them does sneak up on you, you may get something of a jump scare but that is never a bad thing.

Laranjo and his friends including an alien and an orange is unique indie game, and whilst you can see it takes some influence from recent jump scare games it creates a fun and tense atmosphere with a horror game that is suitable for ages and very easy to learn the controls to meaning it is also good for gamers of all abilities.
