The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim or simply Skyrim is a very popular action-based RPG (role playing game) developed by  Bethesda Game Studios. It is number 5 out of 5 in the Elder Scrolls series.

The game play of Skyrim has not changed much from the Elder Scrolls previous titles. Users can play in classic first person or third person. Each situation may call for a different type of playing style and some situations are best played using a combination of the two.

The main plot of Skyrim revolves around the player's created character's efforts to defeat Alduin, a feared dragon that is believed to be the inevitable destroyer of the worlds. The game takes place in the province of Skyrim just two hundred years after Oblivion. The world of Skyrim is large, making the game's open world experience a believable and enjoyable one. Players can navigate the large map faster by horseback or using the in-game fictional fast travel system.

But if you're going anywhere in the game it would be good to know where you're going. And constantly opening the in-game map of Skyrim to periodically check your location as compared to where you should be or should be going isn't always the best way of doing things.

Download Map of Skyrim, so that you can have a pdf version of the map sitting right on your desktop at all times. It is a great application if you are playing on your console, because you can play your game and view the map simultaneously. If you are playing on your PC, I hope you have a second PC to put this map on, or it may be better to just use the in-game map.
