Nowadays, there is so little browsing security. You can do whatever you want, and your internet provider will easily log and know exactly what you do and where you go on the intenret. The only way to properly cloak your movements is to download VPN software to spoof your IP address. That way, nobody will be able to watch you without your knowledge. There are a ton of VPNs online, and PureVPN is...well, it is one.

That doesn't sound like a fantastic recommendation, so let me explain. The main goal of VPNs are to protect you, yes? PureVPN sounds like a great deal on paper, right? No logs, tons of servers, 7 day refund, etc etc. Well, unfortunately, there's actually a ton of evidence that they don't keep these promises. 

The firs thing to note is that the developers are stationed in Hong Kong. No, this isn't a racist rib. The fact is most VPNs that originate there have tumultuous periods, due to their proximity to the famous Great Firewall of China. There have been numerous cases where it turns out that your IP address and DNS is being leaked out, which completely defeats the purpose of a VPN. And to top it off, their no logs policy isn't completely true. While they market themselves as keeping no logs, they do keep a record of your connection and bandwidth. In other words, logs.

Unfortunately, when a VPN isn't forthcoming and fails to protect your privacy, it's a terrible VPN. I can't recommend PureVPN to anyone looking for a protected browsing experience.
