So Obscure is a sort of simulation chat app meets visual novel combination game where you play as a young man living in Hong Kong who makes an acquaintance online and begins what soon becomes a very close and intimate friendship with another young person living on the island of Hong Kong.

As you start to confide in each other a trust develops and where exactly this friendship is headed is very much open to interpretation.

The developer of the game has a real knack for creating what seems like realistic and interesting dialogue between the two main characters and the game also has a very cool soundtrack featuring many songs from contemporary artists that really fit with the overall mood and feel of the game.
