Super Starcade PANIC 1.0

Super Starcade PANIC is a super cute little simulation game where you have been offered the opportunity to receive the local arcade if only you can turn its fortunes around in the space of 5 days, this will mean balancing your power supply, buying cartridges to go in to the arcade machines, paying off your power bill each day and you must make over $1000 by the 5^th day or it’s game over.

Although very simple looking and quite low poly in its style the game is by no means easy and you will find it quite a challenge to finish the 5^th day with the required $1000 which means there’s a lot of replay value here, Super Starcade Panic also reminds us of a stripped down version of the classic Theme Park strategy games in that it’s all about making sure you get the right balance of income from customers but making sure you spend enough to keep your machines running and obtain the highest amount of income that you possibly can.

Focusing on the strategy part of the game and bearing in mind that this was made for a recent Ludum Dare Game Jam this is actually a highly addictive and to some extents quite an original game and is a lot more fun the simple style might allow you to believe.
