TV 3L PC 2.1.6

TV 3L PC is a piece of software that advertises itself as allowing you to choose from a giant channel list from all over the globe. Indeed, it seems to uphold that promise when you initially boot it up and open the channel list. Hundreds, if not a thousand, of channels are inside. It seems the whole world is at my fingertips.

Then I click a channel and it says that it's unable to connect, that either the channel is offline or my internet is too slow. After cycling through the channel list for a few minutes, the latter is quickly disproved. The few channels that are online, I am able to watch at perfect speeds. It's only the ones that I wanted to watch (or even recognized) were inaccessible. It wasn't possible to see which channels were online or offline, and I simply had to manually check each one.

Which is a shame, because TV 3L PC does come built in with several features that make watching what channels that do work a breeze. It comes built in with an option to watch multiple channels at once. It lets you adjust the amount of network caching the program uses. It even lets you create your own channel list, so you can filter out all the extraneous channels that don't work. These save to files, so if a community built up around this program, everyone could share their channel list with each other.

TV 3L PC is a great piece of software...when it works. Make sure you download this program with your expectations tempered.
