Two Interviewees 1.0

Two Interviewees is a very short strange game, it’s not even really a game as such but it does bring to light an interesting topic of how a man and a woman can give the exact same answers at an interview and yet depending on their sex receive very different reactions.

This maybe a useful tool for training human resources staff but it’s not really any fun to play, granted it is interesting but it will only take a matter of minutes to play it through enough times to try every single selection of possible answers, you answer with just one answer for both candidates so they both have the exact same simultaneous interviews and can see how the interviewer reacts differently to the man or the woman depending on your answer.

It would have been nice if there was more depth to it as this is definitely an interesting subject but it’s only really scratching at the surface although there are also some very interesting facts at the end of each play through.
