Vivid Weathers Definitive Edition 2.42

Vanilla Skyrim has a variety of issues. Most would agree that the passage of time has not been kind to it, with a ton of people rightfully pointing out a ton of issues with it. Luckily, Skyrim has one of the largest modding scenes around and a ton of creators have dedicated themselves to fixing the game's many issues. One of them is Vivid Weathers Definitive Edition, a mod that overhauls the lighting to be much more appealing and beautiful.

To install Vivid Weathers Definitive Edition, drag it into the Skyrim Data folder, as well as using LOOT to determine the optimal load order so you don't crash your game constantly, much like most Skyrim mods. 

This mod has a ton of features including:

• Over 500+ weather types, such as Clear, Cloudy, Blizzards, Snowstorms, Rainstorms, and more.
• Complete replacement and enhancement of every imagespace so you don't need ENB.
• Uses Filmic Color Correction.
• Adjustable Interior and Night Brightness via in game menu
• Adjustable Saturation and Bloom via ingame menu
• Over 150 new cloud textures
• New Depe thunder sounds for thunderstorms
• Immersive Sunrise and Sunset
• Real snowflakes that melt on the grond
• New star and galaxy textures
• Distant mountain fogs and rain effects.
• Wetness and Rain effects
• ENB friendly

Do note that this is incompatible with a lot of other weather effects - you'll need to pick one to use as they modify many of the same files. Overall, Vivid Weathers Definitive Edition is a great mod for making Skyrim as beautiful as it possibly can be.
