Friday Night Funkin' was a smash hit when it came out over a year ago, and took the gaming scene by storm. It is insanely stylish while also hitting the nostalgia switch with its art style. Even now, its modding community is still going strong for a good reason. The incredible modability along with the relatively simple engine lends it incredibly well to modders. The community has created some amazing mods, and one of the more amusing ones out there is VS. Cassette Girl.

To install VS. Cassette Girl, simply drag and drop the files from the mod into the folder where you extracted the original game files.

This mod features five different songs, with two of them only being accessible in Freeplay. The character, Casette Girl, is portrayed fantastically. Every single one of her poses and even her voice fits perfectly into what kind of attitude her character has, and adds so much character that she completely steals the show throughout every single song. Just the character alone makes this mod worth playing through at least once.

This mod also uses the Psych engine, meaning most of the hit registration issues that you'll find in the base unmodded vanilla game that are rampant are fixed. You won't find any random misses on notes you clearly hit and your stats will also be tracked live in the bottom.
