Friday Night Funkin' was a smash hit when it came out over a year ago, and took the gaming scene by storm. It is insanely stylish while also hitting the nostalgia switch with its art style. Even now, its modding community is still going strong for a good reason. The incredible modability along with the relatively simple engine lends it incredibly well to modders. The community has created some amazing mods, and one of the higher quality ones out there is Week 6 Unpixelized.
To install Week 6 Unpixelized, you'll need Psych Engine installed. Then, simply drag these files into the mod folder and enable them in the mod menu.
This mod features an overhauled art style for week 6, which famously featured a completely different art style from the rest of the game. While it fits perfectly into the theme of the week, some people have expressed a desire for a version with the normal art style. This is exactly what this mod will deliver, and it emulates the original art style well enough to fit in perfectly.
This mod also uses the Psych engine, meaning most of the hit registration issues that you'll find in the base unmodded vanilla game that are rampant are fixed. You won't find any random misses on notes you clearly hit and your stats will also be tracked live in the bottom.
