VS Static 1.0

Friday Night Funkin' has been a massive hit among the gaming community. It is insanely stylish while also hitting the nostalgia switch with its art style. It's also incredibly moddable, with practically every asset it has being editable. The community has created some amazing mods and one of them is VS Static, which is a mod for the game

To install VS Static, simply drag and drop the files from the mod into the folder where you extracted the original game files.

This mod is a demo for the full week. It features an original character called Static. This mod is very well put together, with Static himself being incredibly high quality and filled with personality. There's also another great strength of the mod - the song is actually very catchy. This is actually a problem with many mods, where they're focused too much on gameplay and the song itself isn't a very good song. This song averts it completely, with both singers supporting each other during their turns.

One of the few criticisms I can levy at this mod is the voice volume. The instrumental and the wind as the train rushes by (that still happens), it can get nearly impossible to hear Static's voice.

Outside of that, though, VS Static is perfect for what it tries to do, which is to give the audience a taste of the full week that's bound to arrive soon. If you like the demo, you should definitely go take a look at the full game when it's out.
