Wolfenstein is one of the better known FPS franchises out there, with it being nearly as influential for the genre as DOOM was. And much like DOOM, it also had a recent revival of the franchise with some critically acclaimed entries. Wolfenstein: Youngblood is the latest entry in this series, and it has a unique demo system that lets you play the entire game if a friend who owns the full thing invites you to play co-op with them.
To install the Wolfenstein: Youngblood demo, make sure you have Steam installed and go to this link and click download on the demo.
There's a lot this game does differently from the other entries in the modern reboot. For example, it has co-op as a core part of its gameplay loop. Even if you're playing single player (which you can't in the demo), you will have an AI partner. Another thing it does is have a skill tree that lets you specialize in one playstyle.
Outside of that, the gameplay is very similar to the rest of the rebooted franchise. You can approach every random, non scripted encounter with stealth at first and only go loud when you get caught, and there are also a ton of collectibles throughout every one of the game's levels.
Overall, if you have a friend that owns the game for whatever reason, there's almost no reason not to download Wolfenstein: Youngblood yourself. If you want a solid and fun co-op experience, then you should definitely give this a shot.
