There has been improvements made to both students and teachers including for students better staring at cell phone animations, students now enter the schools as a crowd instead of two straight lines, students now enter school wearing outdoor shoes but switch to indoor shoes at their lockers for added authenticity, Yandere can also choose which style of shoe she wishes to wear, it is also now possible to distract NPC's with a radio which they will move to switch off. Improvements to teachers include that they now have an official uniform, a daily routine, the new routines include the gym teacher acting as sentry at the beginning and end of day and faculty room sentry during the rest of the day, it is now much more difficult to steal the answer sheet from the faculty room which will always have at least one teacher in it, and trying to steal it will initiate a 10 second rummage sequence which will raise the suspicions of any near by NPC's.
