A Knight's Fee is a first person action game that takes a more realistic look at the spoils of war, the game is set in 1336 and you play as a knight, the action starts straight away as you are thrown in to a foggy battle, you hear the cry of charge, your vision is obscured by the fog and it's hard to tell what is a dangerous object and what is oncoming enemy knight.
You can swipe your sword to kill your enemies by clicking the left mouse button and you can draw your shield up to protect yourself from oncoming attacks, the animations of when you kill the other knights is very cool and the game overall has a very unique visual style that really draws the player in to the atmosphere, however it can at times be very difficult to see where your enemies are standing and this can make you fairly prone to receiving a sword in the back and an unexpected game over.
A Knight's Fee is certainly fun for a free game however often the sessions do feel like they are over too quickly when you aren't using your peripheral vision enough, perhaps not a game that would appeal to everyone but certainly worth checking out, you can download A Knight's Fee here for free.
