Aurora is a web based environment made for unifying all common corporate tasks including calendars, contacts, files and email. Only a single installation is needed and a single interface controls it all. It’s time for you to focus on doing business instead of which software are most compatible with each other. Trying to integrate different services that were not made for direct integration with each other can be a pain. Running a business is a headache in itself, don’t add to that by selecting the wrong software packages. Get Aurora today and unify all of your business tasks for better management and productivity.
Aurora is an application of many features that you would usually be required to download a large application to be able to use them all, but not anymore. Aurora runs in your web browser and it is very lightweight. Implementing Aurora in your business will allow you to focus on tasks that matter most to the business instead of whether or not everyone has the right files installed on their computer for proper communication. Because Aurora runs in the web browser, it can be accessed cross platform. This means that anyone with a web browser can use it on any operating system, most commonly, Windows, Mac, and Linux-based operating systems including Chromebooks.
The Aurora platform is made up of five different tools for your users to take full advantage of. The first is the Email Server with Webmail. This brings a strong and secure corporate email server running on industry standard technologies accompanied by an elegant webmail interface. The interface is simple and accessible. Even the least of the computer savvy should not have any issues with this interface. The email server is a secure SMTP/IMAP/POP3 mail server with SSL support, spam and virus filtering, web-based administration, and mobile synchronization so that your users can access their webmail on the go from their smartphones and tablets. There’s even Outlook support for those who would like to access their mail offline.
The Address Book and Calendar allows your users to keep all of their business contacts and relative events in a single unified location for easier access, privacy, and security. The Address Book includes CardDAV support so it can be synced with mobile devices and other applications including Outlook sync via a separate plugin. The calendar includes CalDAV support so that it too can sync with mobile devices and other applications.
With the installation of Aurora, your users get their own cloud so that they can store, manage and share corporate and personal files with ease. Access can be given to other users via web link and there’s DAV support as well for syncing with mobile devices.
The last tool is the Helpdesk. Here you can provide support for your users by implementing a simple and reliable ticketing system. Users can post threads to leave notes to other agents, add attachments to posts and integrate with external data sources in order to display customer’s information, for example.
Aurora has the potential to drastically enhance any business. I highly recommend you try it out today.
