The controls are pretty much the same as the first game. You can control your tank with the WASD keys on the keyboard and aim and click the mouse to shoot. You're first equipped with a weak but infinite cannon, with more weapons becoming available as you absorb the bubbles left behind by the enemy.

Unlike the first game, you can choose how to evolve your tank. You can now pick between an agile tank, a balanced tank, and a power tank. However, you can actually level down if you take too much damage, which is a very original mechanic.

All in all, Bubble Tanks 2 is a fantastic game with some nice ideas, like how your bubbles are your health, currency, and experience all in one.
