Chicken Assasin 1.2

Chicken Assassin demo is a fantastic looking game and there is a lot to like about any game where you are a chicken that fights people and also looks so nice but the game is ultimately flawed the fight sequences are very strange as it is almost impossible to determine when you are being hit, you can see you are losing health but no one seems to landing a direct hit on you, also the fighting motions of the chicken becoming very repetitive and there was no special moves or variation.

There is so much beautiful detail put in to the artwork that the game uses it’s a shame that the actually gameplay is rather monotonous and you may find that your fingers ache very quickly from all the button bashing.

This game has a lot of potential and the premise is very unique but it is let down in the game play which ultimately is what a game should be judged on and therefore overall Chicken Assassin is somewhat disappointing although it should provide a few laughs just for the graphics.

Hopefully there will be time to make improvements adjustments before the full release as it does certainly have some good things going for it, but it definitely needs more variation although perhaps part of this is down to the fact it is just the demo and it’s not clearly if further levels will feature more interesting and different missions as it is billed as Chicken Assassin however in the demo it is only the battle mode which is available.
