The developer himself suggests Thaiphoon Burner for that, which analyzes your sticks and gives you all the information you'll ever need. When you have all the information you need, you'll need to select your memory type, memory rank, and frequency. Next, you can click R - XMP to generate an XMP profile based on the information you input. Lastly, you can generate either safe or extreme timings, depending on how fast you want to go. After it generates the timings, you simply need to fire up the BIOS and type them in.
