Look. We get it. Everybody has sensitive files they want to hide. Whether it's actually sensitive business files that can land you in legal trouble or other more...personal sensitive files, it's best to not let anyone find them. However, the Windows hide function is pretty bad for this purpose. Going to view settings and toggling it to "view hidden files" is enough to reveal it. However, Wise Folder Hider is here to help. Wise Folder Hider is incredibly intuitive to use. To hide a folder, simply drag it into the window and...voila! It will hide it. There's a menu on the far right under operations, that lets you do various things with it. You can use it to open the folder you hid, which will be the only way to access it. You can also unhide it from that menu, in case you wanted to do that for whatever reason. And finally, you can password encrypt it, giving it a double layer of protection should anybody happen to find the program and open it.

There's one more function Wise Folder Hider has - the ability to hide your USB thumb drive in My Computer. It obviously can't...hide a USB drive physically inserted into your computer, but it's still a nice layer of protection for when you need to leave your computer unattended.
