MusicBee at first glance does not seem to have many features to set it above the other music players out there however the file size is very small and it was very easy to transfer the music from my library on to the MusicBee’s library and incredibly fast, so you can have a huge library of music all on a small music player, the reason I refer to it as a music player is because it does not have video functionality so it’s a strictly music player rather than media player whilst this is a draw-back it has a great radio feature with plenty of radio stations to choose from, from all over the world. You can search for the radio stations by name or simply by clicking on the list of genres and it will give you a list of different radio stations to choose from in your desired genre. It also shows the song’s artwork whilst it plays from the radio which is a nice touch.

Whilst MusicBee may not be the most advanced music player it does what it does well and without draining resources on your computer due to having such a small file size. If you are looking for a music player that is not going to take up much space on your hard drive then it may well be perfect for you, it was impossible to find a music file it does not play, it’s simple and intuitive to use and it is powerful despite it being lightweight.

There are many customization options and as music players go it’s probably one of if not the best out there for pure simplicity and power.
