However, there are some legitimate reasons to take a closer look at these cookies - which websites might be tracking you, for instance. If you want that, then you'll need a special program to help you with it. MZCookiesView helps you with that.

You don't need to install MZCookiesView. Simply unzip it from its archive and run the executable. That makes this program extremely portable as all you need to do is put it on a thumb drive to run it, and take it with you wherever you go. More importantly, the registry and start menu aren't updated with this program.

The interface is a very normal, vanilla window with an intuitive structure, where a list is immediately populated with Firefox cookies at startup. Shown information includes the domain/host, path, name, value, expiration date, and others.

It is possible to export this list to an external file for further analysis and safekeeping, back up and restore cookie files, delete selected cookies, as well as pick another user profile. There is also a search function for if you want to find a specific cookie from a specific website.

Overall, MZCookiesView is a great program for doing exactly what you need it to. Thanks to its simplicity and intuitive layout, if you need a simple cookie viewer, then you can't possibly go wrong with this one.
