DOOM is one of the most moddable games of all time. Even now, to this day, there are new maps and mods coming out that iterate on the experience. Since DOOM has its own special file formats, this program provides means to convert graphic files into DoomGFX, DoomFLAT, and PNG.

All of the above is supplied to you in a very well designed graphical user interface. It's not exactly intuitive, but it provides a ton of tutorials to help you get acquainted with the program. That's not all, though. This program also lets you create maps and mods for various games such as Hexen, Quake, and more. It also provides a 3D editing mode and also features script editing along with drawing textures.
