FileVoyager 19.5.1.0

Have you gone to the search bar in Windows, inputted a file name you're completely sure is correct, and windows fails to turn it up? Or worse, Windows Explorer locks up as it tries to find your file within the thousands you have installed, and you can't work in it for a while. Well, FileVoyager is a faster alternative that I can't recommend enough if you're having these problems. It serves as a speedy alternative to Windows Expllorer and is able to do everything it can, but better.

FileVoyager is completely free to download and install. It runs on every Windows OS from XP onwards, so if you'ree still running an old OS, you don't need to worry. Booting it up will reveal a very unique interface. On the left side is an exploration window, where it shows a large representation of your file window. I personally found a ton of wasted space here as the giant picture added little to the experience and did nothing beyond looking a bit cool. There's a much more useful exploration window on the right, which resembles the normal explorer. 

Through this program, you can also do everything explorer can. You can transfer files, create ZIP artchives, and decompress files. You can also view properties for each disk directly from the program, giving you information the normal explorer wouldn't like serial number and type, sectors/clusters, etc. If you needed an upgrade to the typical explorer, then you can't really go wrong with FileVoyager. It's simple to use and most importantly, free.
