Klepto 1.0

Klepto is a 3D platformer where you play as the title character of Klepto who has built himself his own cardboard simulation of the Wild West so that he can learn to become a master thief before he takes those skills out in to the real world.

The game looks great and a lot of detail has been put in to this 3D world however at times the controls can feel a little clunky and slow to respond especially if you’re using a keyboard and mouse rather than a controller it can be quite hard to get to grips with it and therefore the game doesn’t flow quite the as well as you would hope but it’s also worth keeping in mind that it’s still in its Beta phase and many changes are likely to happen before we see the finished product.

For a free game aesthetically it looks fantastic, the game play could certainly be improved and a small tutorial at the beginning of the game to show you all the different movements and abilities would have been very useful but there is definitely a lot of promise in Klepto and it will be very interesting to see how the development of this game progresses.
