Digital card games have become the craze. Yugioh and Magic: The Gathering has made the jump to digital, and a lot of companies are making card games based on their popular IP, such as Hearthstone. However, others have endeavored to create their own original digital card game to maybe create a new legacy. One of them is Mythgard.
Mythgard is only available on Steam, so if you don't own it already, install it first. Then head over to this link to install the game.
The best part about this game is just how many cards you get constantly. You start off with 20 cards for each of the six factions, meaning you start with 120 cards right off the bat. You can get up to 3 random cards every single day by simply winning games, even in single player. These cards can even be rare or mythic.
As far as gameplay goes, there are a few modes. The story mode is where most people will start off, and it is surprisingly thought out. The illustrations in story mode are top tier, and the story itself is also surprisingly well written. The game will force you to play through a few chapters of the story mode before it lets you go, but I personally didn't feel like it was any time wasted.
All in all, Mythgard is definitely a promising card game that is incredibly generous as well. If you're a fan of card games and want something new to sink your teeth into, this is a fine choice.
