Point and click games used to be all the craze until around the 2010s. Now, they're usually relegated to mid size productions or simple indie titles. The genre also proved incredibly popular among flash game creators, due to the relatively simple planning and programming that goes into such a game. Some used the medium to tell incredible stories. One of these series was Reisen. Let's look at one of the entries: SPQR Ep. 9.

The gameplay is rather simple. It's very straightforward and is reminiscent of pretty much every single point and click adventure game ever made. You click to move around, click on items to interact with them, and use them to eventually progress. Gameplay wise, there is nothing special.

The story is quite unique. Jitter, surprisingly enough, goes to join Antonius in Egypt. This is surprising because up until this point, Jitter has been on the winning side of history. However, those who researched Rome knows that Antonius ends up losing rather badly and it's incredibly interesting to see what will happen to Jitter now that she chose the wrong side.

All in all, if you're a fan of point-and-click games, then SPQR Ep. 9 is very worthy of your time. You won't regret your choice if you give this game a shot.
