Crytek is a well known FPS developer. They've created some of the best single player shooters of all times, such as Crysis and Far Cry. However, how do they do when they bring their expertise into the online sphere? That's what Warface is here to ask.
You need Steam to play Warface, and you can download it here once you install it. Alternatively, you can go to their website here to install it using a standalone launcher.
The first thing that stands out is that there are four classes in the game - Rifleman, Medic, Sniper, and Engineer. Each has its own unique perks and tactics. However, when you begin the game, you only have access to the Rifleman and Sniper. As you play the game, you'll unlock the medic and the engineer.
This starts off as a co-op game, where you have to use your abilities to help your teammates. You don't have to worry about it in the beginning, as your only job will be to shoot things. However, later down the line, it becomes extremely important.
There's also a PvP mode, where teamwork is equally as important, if not more so as you're facing off against other players. Thankfully, the tutorial mode teaches you everything you need to know, and each class has its own so you'll never be lost as to what your role is.
Warface is a great FPS made by experts, and the microtransactions aren't too intrusive. This game feels great and plays better - you should give it a shot.
