Downloading videos off of file sharing websites are, by and large, pretty unsupported by their owners. Yes, Youtube mobile lets you download files and watch them offline, but that feature seems to be totally missing on their actual website. However, there's a ton to like about this program as well. It gives you several ways to initiate a download. For instance, you can copy paste the URL into the main program interface. You can also drag and drop a URL or take advantage of the integrated browser extension that you have the option of installing.

You can also convert multiple types of programs into the same format. If you want to convert a batch of files into MP4, then it's incredibly easy to do with this program.
