The iTunes Media Player needs almost no introduction. It has been the worlds most popular media player for many years and is one of Apple's most important desktop application. iTunes brings in millions of dollars per year from iTunes Store purchases. iTunes has undergone several user interface changes over the past couple of years and they are happily welcomed.
With iTunes, you can play and store all of your media files. This includes all of your music, videos, and pictures. The playback is smooth and crisp every time. iTunes is able to play media from almost every media file type without issues. You can customize the sound that you hear with the very effective equalizer feature that is built into iTunes. This allows you to have the best audio experience possible no matter what your atmosphere is. You can even add a bass boost if you're one of those people who like to rock out in your own zone with headphones.
The user interface make movies and videos look amazing. iTunes does not follow the standard design of Windows applications. It doesn't have those colorful edges that you may love so much, but this is for good reason. By the application not having borders, this allows your videos to really come to life. They almost look like they want to jump out of your screen.
The iTunes Store allows you to purchase music, videos, movies, podcasts, applications, and much more easily and quickly. And best of all, the content is automatically added to your iTunes library so that you can go straight to enjoying your new purchase.
And there's even free stuff in the store from time to time, and we all like free stuff. Right?
Note: This is the 64bit version of iTunes.
